"The hotel was really nice all of the staff where very friendly and helpful the choice of food was excellent the wonderful beach was fairly close but be warned the steep steps to it will keep you fit also the gym next door as part of the package was also very good if you want some peace and quiet then the roof terrace bar and plunge pool are perfect I was lucky enough to get a corner room on the top floor so nice views of the beach and the mountains from large balcony"

clean room friendly bartender helpful staff no wifi missing sunloungers pool bar schedule

The room was clean with daily towel changes. The food was good. Staff in reception were helpful. Bartender Nathalie was friendly, I would talk about my dreams with she.

There was no Wi-Fi available in the rooms. I wish for enjoy the rooftop, but there were no sun loungers there. The pool bar opens relatively late, I wanted my caipirinha earlier.

spacious room modern room lovely food friendly staff

i stayed for six nights and the rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. the food selection was plentiful and lovely too. i always found available sunbeds, which i appreciated. the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful, especially the dining room team and desi at the rooftop bar.

The rooftop pool was closed . it didn't impact my overall experience.

mixed feelings about this stay

tired bar metal frames

the rooms were super clean and so were the surrounding areas.

i was asked to leave because i was picking up other guests. the receptionist treated us like criminals. the roof garden and bar are looking very tired and in a state of disrepair.. the soft furnishings are finished so you are sitting on metal frames.

frosted glass door poor sleep

i found a couple of issues . the bathroom door was entirely frosted glass, i consider this a significant lack of privacy. also, sleep quality was poor because i could clearly hear other guests and crickets chirped all night from the plants in the middle of the hotel (they were very loud).

i found the hotel very clean and tidy. the massage in the spa was wonderful. nathalie, the bartender, was super friendly and made the best drinks!

The twin beds were pushed together. They slid apart easily, it was a little inconvenient, though.

great stay overall

kind staff great beds cheap travel

the hotel has amazing kind staff plus great beds. it is also clean and they do a lot to entertain you. the location is near the beach and stores. the bus stop is just a few metres away and a cheap way to travel.

the food was inconsistent. some days certain items during lunch were nice. other days, they did not take the time to prepare it well. i suggest keeping it simpler with better quality.
